Blood drips slowly from her swollen cherry lips as she looks up from the floor where she lay.
An evil smile crosses her face not quite reaching her red flaked green eyes.
He knew how to hit a woman. He must of done this many times before, but had he ever crossed a woman that knew how to take a hit? She thought this over in her mind as he came in closer, no doubt to strike her yet again.
She dared not to flinch away, she would not show weakness to this animal. She licked the droplets of blood off her split lip and savored the taste.
Something within her came alive at that moment, something that had lain dormant in her for so many years. A darkness so twisted, so sick that even the most vile of men would condemn her as insane.
The stranger had plans, she could see it in his stance. He stood over her, his legs spread the width of his shoulders.
Yes, he had come here to make her another victim. He would take her against her will, if she couldn’t stop him.
He reached out his hand, grasping her hair, wrenching her to a standing position. As he snarled into her ear some words she couldn’t comprehend over the putrid smell of liquor the filled all her senses.
She wanted to strike at him then. To rip and tear out his eyes from their sockets, but patience was key. She had to allow him the false sence of having the upper hand.
He hit her backhanded across the cheekbone causing a shear of pain to go crushing across her skull. She stayed silent.
He spun words of hatred around her as he pushed her against the wall of the dim dank room. Her skin touching the wet cold feel of what appeared to be concrete.
Her mind had drifted, back to another place and time, when her father would come home drunk and this wouldn’t be much different than her childhood memories.
That was then, however, and things had changed when her father had “accidentally” fallen from the roof. She had been helping him clean the gutters that day. Such a sickening sound his head had made when it hit the sidewalk. Kind of like a melon dropping onto pavement on a hot summer day. That sucking, popping, splat sound.
She smiled, and the rather large man struck her harder, ripping her dress in the same motion. Blood covered her chest, the iron smell mixing with liquor, sweat and a hit of mildew.
It wasn’t until he started to grop at he breast that reality seemed to take hold. This man was touching her like he had all the right in the world. He would have to pay, and pay dearly he would.
Looking around the room she saw nothing to aid her in her escape. She had only one options, and the evil gleamed in her eyes once again.
She began to laugh spewing blood from her badly damaged mouth, as the man took this as encouragement, he began moving his way around her body.
She looked at his exposed neck and grinned wickedly, and with one fluent motion she bit into his neck ripping at his jugular vein with every ounce of rage, hate, anger and passion that she could muster from within her beaten body.
The man was completely taken by surprise. He stumbled and grabbed at his gushing wound, in a faint hope of stopping the blood flow.
She saw his desperation and attached once again, knocking him to his back. She climbed on top of him pushing his hands away and again she ripped into his neck with animalistic vengeance. Pieces of flesh hung from her mouth as she dangled the fresh meat above the mans face.
Blood went from a gush to a stream before finally the light vanished from the mans eyes and he laid motionless, dead.
She laughed, got up and walked out into the night as if nothing had ever happened.

She walks around at night haunting the very place she hates the most, although she isn’t dead, heart spirit has long ago left her broken.
So many years of love,of life, lost to holding on to a fantasy that never was meant to be left her without hope, without promise of a future.
Her destiny forever tied to this run down, decrepit place that she once called home.
Now there was no escape. The walls were caving in around her, threatening to bury her in solitude.
So many questions she needed, wanted, desired answers to, but it was all in vain for he was gone now. Crossed over to the other side. Took his on life like a coward in the night, instead of answering a few simple questions.
Tonight she would join him once again, her soul already gone, left with a numb existence, she would end her suffering.
As she climbed the castle stairs to the attic, she looked around one last time, hoping to find one happy shred to cling to, sadly she found none.
In the attic she fastened a noose, stood at the window overlooking the waves crashing against the cliffs below and silently, she became the real ghost of the seaside manor.
The heat beamed off the pavement in little waves of wiggling lines.
The girls body was drenched both from sweat and blood, she seemed not to notice as she stumbled almost drunkenly through the crowd of people.
Invisible to everyone, and everything around her. A mere shadow in the mist of an uncaring world.
He had care though, cared enough to show his love with his fist, his kicks, even the blade of his stainless steel knife.
To him she was special, no one could take pain the way she could, it made him smile just thinking of how he had tied her down and struck her face over and over with his bear knuckles.
As she walked the now darkened street, she wondered where she was, her memory seemed to fade in and out. Walking aimlessly through back alleys, finally realizing what her appearance must be to those she passed along the way.
The blood from multiple cuts drying in her hair, on her clothes even on the tips of her bare toes.
Oddly she felt no pain anywhere.
Voices came from somewhere close by..something about an ambulance ..but for whom she didn’t know, then everything when black.
He wandered where she was, she had never left for this long. Most times after a night of “play” she would go outside into the back yard to gather her strength and would return before three a.m. now the clock was closing on five a.m.
He told his self he wasn’t worried, after all she was only a toy. He could easily replace her. Many girls would line up to take her place, to be his pet.
The lights where too bright, the sounds too loud,as she opened her eyes. She thought it must be another one of his many, twisted ways of loving her, she never knew what to expect. Would she be hit, tied, kicked, cut,or maybe he would finally try out his new ideas, tie her upside down an let her hang for days.
Then she noticed a woman coming beside her,odd she though.
“Well, well, look who’s awake. How are you feeling sweetheart? ?” The woman asked
But the girl couldn’t answer, he had taken her tongue months ago.
“Your okay now, your in the hospital, no on is ever goin to hurt you again. ” the lady smiled, it wasn’t a smile the girl was used to seeing, this smile was, warm and inviting. It reminded her of her mother from long ago.
That moment terror filled her mind, body and soul, He called his brother on his cell, his brother the cop. The “good” guy of the family, he would know how to find her, more than that, he could keep everything nice and quiet if she was found by the wrong people. Yes everything would be perfectly fine. His toy was broken, but he was safe always safe. The girl tried to fight to get away from the woman with the kind smile, it wasn’t right for anyone to be that kind, her mother had tried to be that way, but it was all a trick to get her home and to take away the pain she needed so badly. The girl was smart she would play along, pretend to be sleeping til the woman was gone, then she would run,she would just keep running til she found him again, he was her dark Knight. Why did his brother always screw things up,he had been covering for him all their lives. Now he had to track down this girl and get rid of her. Damn him,it’s no lie cops do know the best ways to get rid of a body, but it also meant covering your tracks closely. He would find the girl, he knew where to look,he knew her face well, after all he’d played with her a time or to his self. She had been still and no one had came to look in on her for over an hour. She felt it was time to make her escape, slowly she got out of bed, careful not to make a sound. She walked over to the plastic curtain and peered out. A cop in a blue uniform stood at the nurses station, she thought his face looked familiar. David ..could he have come to take her home..she thought. A smile crossing her face. The officer turned her way and they locked eyes, yes, it was David! She went back to her bed like the good girl she was trained to be and there she waited. The nurse came in with David to explain that he would be taking her to a juvenile center„but she knew he was taking her back to him, back to her lovely brutal dark Knight. She managed a slight smile and stood promptly. With David leading the way she followed like the pet she was, trained to obey, trained not to feel love, pain, pity,or want. As she got into his car David spoke, “you know you messed up wandering off like that. And you know what happens to bad girls who mess up right.” This wasn’t a question, this was a reminder, and the girl did know. Death comes to those who mess up and death would come to her. They rode the rest of the way in silence. A single tear escaped her eyes not because she knew she was going to die but because she would never see him again.

The morning mist lay heavy in the damp air, luscious green grass wet with fresh fallen dew. Our bodies clinging close in a lovers embrace, fearing if we lose touch we would disappear from each other for eternity.
Your breath hot on my cool neck, causing shivers to race down my body. I pull you in closer, turning your face towards mine. Our lips only a fraction apart. How I urn to have your sweet supple lips upon mine.
My body aches for your touch to caress my most secret places. The thought alone quickens my heart. I know you feel it pounding against my flesh, calling out for you to make me yours in every possible way.
As the mist of morning fades away and the burning sun begins to torch it’s way through the sky, you pull your body away, as I feared you would, I look quizzically into your deep bronze colored eyes. Your lips finally come down to meet my own in the most passionate kiss I’ve ever known, again you pull away from me. This time your eyes have gone so distant and cold.
Confusion sets in as I see you reach for something above my head, the man I loved no longer exist behind those beautiful eyes.
No time for rationalization, no communication pasted between us as you lifted the rock that crushed my skull, and you left me all alone in that gracious green grass to die..
As you walked away, I loved you anyway.
